Η βραδιά της 20ης του Απρίλη ήταν γεμάτη με πολλούς χριστιανούς καλλιτέχνες κάτω από την ίδια στέγη του Fox Theater. Ο σκοπός; Τα 42α βραβεία Dove. Σε προηγούμενο άρθρο είχαμε πει τους υποψήφιους και μια μικρή ιστορία των βραβείων και τώρα ήρθε η ώρα για τα αποτελέσματα.
Στις δυνατές κατηγορίες όπως Τραγούδι της Χρονιάς, Τραγουδιστής και Τραγουδίστρια της Χρονιάς, Γκρουπ της Χρονιάς κτλ η νικήτρια είναι η Francesca Battistelli που αποχώρησε με τα βραβεία, Τραγουδίστρια και Καλλιτέχνης της Χρονιάς και Ποπ/Μοντέρνο Ηχογραφημένο Τραγούδι της Χρονιάς (φωτ. δεξιά).
